AITREC aims at providing quality and market driven short certificate courses that take the form of hands-on learning and developing work-related skills. We embrace technological advancements in all courses to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. In addition to hands-on skills, we integrate soft skills i.e problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
Participants completing AITREC certificate courses can also progress to diploma courses, and thereafter further their degree studies with our partner universities.

The Certificate in Computer Packages and IT Essentials is a practical course which aims to provide an opportunity for students to develop Information and Communication Technology (ICT) skills that are becoming essentials in every sector of our economy, Students completing this certificate will acquire skills in word processing, excel, power-point presentation, databases, e-learning, internet security, and IT Essentials concepts of computing, software and hardware.
Fee Structure: Ksh 5,000, Inclusive of Exam fee and Certificate
Duration: 1 Month – ( 60 Contact hours Theory and practical’s)
We have flexible classes 15 hours per week. Mon-Friday (8.30 am -11.30 am, 11:30 am -2:30pm, 2:30pm – 5.30pm, and Saturday classes (9 am-1 pm).

Students gain an understanding of installation and configuration of network routers, switches, administration of Linux , windows servers and how to monitor, manage, and troubleshoot networked systems and servers.

Certificate in Cybersecurity Technology is designed to provide students with key concepts of cybersecurity, technical and practical job skills necessary to secure, protect and defend network infrastructures and an organization’s valuable data assets. you’ll examine the foundations of digital forensics and become familiar with industry-standard tools and procedures that are used in conducting forensics investigations related to cybersecurity. This certificate is designed for students with an IT background who are interested in pursuing careers in cybersecurity and criminology.

In this program, you will receive a combination of on-the-job training and related classroom training, designed to produce skills required in the service technician occupation.
